The Blurred Truth Radio Show

Yesterday, I had an amazing interview with Steve ‘Bilko’ Biloken on his Blurred Truth radio show on Zinc Fm in Queensland. Unlike other regular radio interviews, with Bilko I was allowed to go places that would have been off limits and too weird for normal commercial broadcast and he asked me questions that would have caused normal announcers to question their sanity.  

‘I read your book in a weekend and just had to talk to this guy’ Bilko told me just before we started recording and then launching into quoting from the book and bringing up points that even I hadn’t even considered. Also being widely read himself and having spoken to many other people on the topic, he didn’t shy away from using terms that I would only use in private, like ‘3 dimensional reality’, ‘earth school’, ‘spiritual enlightenment’, ‘karma’, ‘past lives’ etc. It felt really good to be talking about these topics as though we were talking about politics or the weather and yet it was in a very public forum.

We discussed Out of Body Experiences, where Bilko described his own experience as a kid and I gave him some tips on how to repeat the experience by pretending to eat a box of Cheezels and he even asked me the question that no-one has asked me yet, am I afraid of death? Seeing as the interview will go air on Easter Sunday we even discussed the resurrection of Jesus!

It was humbling to be taken seriously and interviewed by someone who was openly interested in the subject matter and had an inkling that it’s more normal that most of any of realise.

Getting the word out there

The Big Sky Publishing marketing machine is in full swing, with interviews on the follow radio shows. It's been awesome to be able to chat about the afterlife over breakfast!

 

 

 

An hour of spooky tales

I was fortunate enough to spent an hour on radio with Jamie MacDonald (Radiowest)  on Thursday talking about my favourite things - the afterlife and all things spooky and bizarre. We took lots of calls from across Western Australia and they even kept coming in after we finished. 

Apart from the intriguing Panther and UFO tales, there were some good stories about seeing ghosts and apparitions, including one touching story where a guy who was going through a difficult time, felt and saw an impression of his recently dead mother. He was able to sense a message she was trying to get across to him, which brought much needed comfort and hope. 

There are more of these stories out there than you think, it’s just people are too afraid to talk about them. I want to change all that
